Super Kick Karate opened its doors on College Street in 2003 with a simple belief:

Martial arts training should develop much more than kicks, punches and belts.

For more than two decades, children have walked through our doors for their first karate class — some nervous, some excited and many not knowing what to expect.

We've had the privilege of watching students grow in confidence, discipline and ability, progress through the ranks, earn their black belts, become leaders and, in some cases, return years later to train, teach and give back to the next generation.

Our foundation is traditional karate, but Super Kick students receive a broad martial arts education that can include striking, self-defense, grappling, weapons training, fitness and leadership development.

Today, we offer dedicated programs for Little Dragons, youth and teens, along with advanced and Black Belt training.

The programs continue to evolve as our students grow.

Our purpose has remained the same.
