Frequently Asked Questions

We welcome kids as young as 4 years old! Our Little Dragons program is specially designed for younger children, building focus, coordination, and confidence in a fun, safe environment.

None at all! All of our programs are beginner-friendly. Whether your child has never thrown a punch or has some experience, we’ll meet them exactly where they are.

We offer flexible membership options to fit every family’s budget. The best first step is to book a FREE trial class — no commitment, no pressure.

We recommend 2–3 classes per week for the best progress, but even once a week makes a real difference. We’ll work with your schedule.

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All sparring is age-appropriate and fully supervised. We focus on discipline and respect first — martial arts is about building character, not fighting.

Every child progresses at their own pace, but most students achieve their black belt in 3–5 years with consistent training. The journey is the reward!
